EddyInspector LM | Flaw Inspection

Multichannel Eddy Current Flaw Detector for Production Lines

The EddyInspector LM is a four-channel eddy current flaw detector for production lines that employs time-division multiplexing, offering high cost-performance.
The detector can be operated with just six buttons and a jog dial. Despite being a four-channel digital flaw detector, it is simple to operate.

Main Features

A 6.5-inch TFT color LCD with six buttons and a jog dial for operation

A 6.5-inch TFT color LCD with six buttons and a jog dial for operation

The EddyInspector LM has a TFT color LCD that is easy to read even in bright light. Despite being a digital display, it achieves analog-like smooth plotting. Also, taking advantage of its digital design, it offers a storage feature that can display waveform traces. The six buttons and jog dial allow the operator to perform all tasks intuitively, so even inexperienced operators can quickly master the use of the detector.

Intuitive testing views

The EddyInspector LM offers two testing views: single- and four-channel views. The single-channel view is used to perform calibration, while the four-channel view is used during inspection to check the inspection status of the individual channels on a single screen.

Complete with analog outputs and a control I/O port for each of the four channels

The EddyInspector LM has analog outputs and a control I/O port for each channel. This configuration allows the operator to inspect four areas of a single workpiece simultaneously or use the detector as a dual-channel device to perform a two-stage inspection process. The independent sets of I/O ports for the individual channels accommodate a wide variety of inspection scenarios.
