The EddyInspector LZ is a high-end model that adds a power amplifier as well as memory and communication capabilities to the base model EddyInspector LX.

The EddyInspector LZ can store up to 99 parameter setups. It is ideal for inspecting products with different model on a single production line. The operator can change inspection parameters using commands from a PLC or other external device. For each product under inspection, the operator can switch from one parameter setup number to another, change individual parameter settings, store parameter settings in memory, or even change parameters during inspection. Thus, the operator can set different thresholds for different areas of a product and make other minor adjustments.

With the built-in power amplifier, the EddyInspector LZ enables a higher excitation voltage (10 to 20 [Vp-p]) to be applied than the base model EddyInspector LX (6 [Vp-p]). This helps improve inspection sensitivity and accuracy.
